Restrictions on Product Use
All products are sold for personal use only. Misrepresenting your purchase intent may result in account suspension.
Pricing, Orders & Payments
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, inventory deficits, or compliance flags. Payment must be cleared prior to shipping.
Shipping & Transit Safety
Products are shipped using specialized courier services, including cold-chain transport where necessary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, weather, or custom inspections.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the sensitive, temperature-controlled nature of synthetic products, all chemical sales are final. We cannot accept returns as the chemical quality and storage chain cannot be guaranteed once returned. Replacements are only issued for items damaged during transit, backed by video proof of unboxing.
